Southerners are enjoying temperatures 12C warmer than average - and are now expecting a sandstorm to sweep in
Cloud of dust - which may leave a red layer on cars - is expected to send pollution levels soaring in the South
Meanwhile northern areas have been warned to expect heavy rain tomorrow, with a small chance of further flooding
