Shortage of 200,000 care-workers by 2020 - study

There will be a shortage of nearly 200,000 care-workers in the UK within the next five years, according to a study from the charity 'Independent Age' and the International Longevity Centre.

The report says that plans to curb the number of lower-paid migrant workers, along with the squeeze on care funding, will make it difficult to recruit enough staff.

The BBC's social affairs correspondent Alison Holt reports.
