It is awful when you are like that Wendy but it is a relief when it works and you can finally go to the loo.

Some good news everyone, Wendy came out of hospital today but she is still feeling poorly and has to go back next week for a scan and has lots of medication to sort out.

I want to thank the members who have continually supported chill by starting new topics while Wendy has been in hospital which have helped me enormously for our daily carers newspaper, it is very much appreciated.

Your help is still needed.

thank you all very much
I have to go back to the hospital for further tests and I have got bags of medication sent home with me.
Yesterday I rested and just did my crayoning and listened to radio 3. I put the fire on and it was heaven.
I have come on this morning to do the newspaper and try and catch up with my hundreds of emails.
But | am very weak and cannot do very much. I am asking friends to stay away. Ross has got my shopping for me.
He has been very kind, and Fiona has sent me some beautiful sunflowers from France.
I have had flowers from Ross and my niece and neighbour.
The pain is still niggling so it is touch and go if I go back into hospital, but every day I dont is a good sign.
Without Maureen we would have had no paper, so a big thank you to Mo and for running the forum.
I am really grateful to the members who are mucking in and helping us at this time. I am trying my best to find someone to take over Chill for us.
love
Wendy

Feeling sickly and useless.

Sorry you are still feeling rotten. Try some ginger for the sickness, either biscuits or a tisane.

ps
try a daily spoonful of psyillium husks powder in a glass of fruit juice , it will help you to go regularly if you are struggling
with constipation, it is very safe to use and wont aggravate your stomach lining.

I am off to the doctors this morning to arrange more tests at the hospital for me.
It has been difficult with both Fiona and Ross on holiday to get my shopping, but Barry came to see me and friends have phoned.
It helps when the sun shines.
love to you

I am home and have a scan arranged at the private hospital on Friday.
I am NHS so this was a complete surprise to be going private.
I have more tests and appointments after this.
Thank you all xx

We are lucky in Norwich they sometimes do this because the hospitals are close.
