Can you recommend a film to see ?

Postby chenrezig » 13 Aug 2015, 05:13

I was watching " The Impossible" last night about the Boxing Day tsunami... Honey replied telling me about a film she had seen called "The Zoo" about a family who take over and run a zoo - a really good film.

Honey's review got me thinking, what films have you seen recently, either on TV, DVD, or at the cinema that you would recommend?

Just watched dvd of The Theory of Everything, thorouhly enjoyed it. I never cared for Eddie Redmayne who plays Hawkins but he was sublime.

I saw spy recently with Miranda Hart in it.

It genuinely was a laugh out loud film.

Must admit I loved Ted, x90m I haven't seen Ted 2 yet but definitely one not to watch with your parents as a friend of mine did as she didn't realise how risque it was!!

Whilst I am resting all I can do is watch films.
Yesterday I watched Casablanca and I had never seen it before. Did not really understand it lol
But I also watched Moulin Rouge and loved it,
I hadn't seen that before either.

Not seen Moulin Rouge, Evita is brilliant - one of my favourite oldies is The African Queen
