good afternoon,
what a beautiful day, not too hot and not too cold.
My daughter and I met our friend today whose father's funeral we went to yesterday. She said what happened yesterday made their day and the family were able to have a laugh at a very sad time.
Tonight we are going to the local prison for a meal cooked by the inmates.
love to everyone.

good afternoon, it's now raining here, this morning we delivered a laptop to a carer in Norfolk.

I have just saved £67 on my car insurance renewal notice by searching the internet, the irony is it's with the same insurance company, just goes to show they can do it for less.

Evening all.

I hope you are having a nice time being looked after by your family.

Are you ok after your ordeal debz? Those pump up chairs are so clever.

Awful weather here today. We had a cat flap fitted for teddy today. He is happy going through it with the flap up. We will practice flap down tomorrow!

Thinking of you all xx

Good morning, glad you are feeling better Wendy.
SShh! We have some blue sky a here at last but still feels chilly.
No plans , as yet, may go for a swim later on as there is an adults only session , no screaming splashing kids - bliss!!!
Hope you have a good day

Good morning, it is very grey. Yesterday we had a mixture of sun and grey skies , but the wind was so strong, you couldn't sit out & enjoy it. Didn't get my swim, so hope to go later today. Going to church shortly & have some ironing to do. Hope you have a peaceful day

I am feeling low but I think it may be because of all the antibiotics that I had to take.
We have talked about my bathroom and will start things off as soon as I can.
My son in law has a bad cough which we think may be hay fever.
it is raining here and cold.
love to everyone

Good morning, it's very blustery here today, what ever happened to what is called summer, it's making me quite grumpy today.

Afternoon All, been out for lunch, it is grey, cold and raining here at present, hope it warms up sometime soon. Taking Milo to the vets in the morning, for his booster injection and also for his right paw to be looked at, as he is licking it a lot.

Good Morning, it is raining heavy here, been to the vets with Milo, he had his booster injection and some steroid cream for his paw, be interesting to see if that stays on or licked off. The vet says distract him, if they rain stops, I will put in on before his walk, fun and games. Later on I will tell you all about my trip to Loch Lomond, lots to tell. Mum not well at the moment, but cannot tell me what is wrong. Hope everyone manages to stay dry. Love Rosalind xxx

Morning all,

I have a bit of sun that I can share with you all.

so pleased you are up and around Wendy. The care of your lovely family must have done the trick too. Antibiotics do knock you around. i always feel like that too when I have had them.

Hope your mum feels brighter soon Rosalind. It is such a worry and stress for you.

I had a lovely day on the boat with Alivia yesterday. today I am on shift but responding from home. The girls and I are going to town afterwards. we need new bowls for Teddy as I didn't realise the black bowls we bought him are covered metal and now with the magnetic cat flap fob he keeps getting stuck to his bowl! do877 He managed to attract the fork I dropped on the floor the other day too! Bless him.if only gold was magnetic he could make me a fortune!!! do877

Sorry i haven't been around much. As the girls have very little to do with Lee I have a lot to do and am always ferrying or entertaining! also my internet has been temperamental. sometimes it is there and then it pops off!

Thinking of you all

Good morning, it is grey and windy.#

Hope your mum feels better soon, Rosalind.

Jane, Teddy's magnetic antics gave me a good, much needed laugh, hope you are coping ok.xx

Hope you are getting stronger day by day Wendy,

I am going to try Tai Chi this am & have some shopping to do, may go & have a cofffee lager with the girls form choir, as no practice until sept.

Hope you have a reasonable day#Love anniexx

Morning all

Teddy is thrilled by his new bowls! He is having a lovely time popping in and out. Although he prefers someone to open the human door! He meows outside his flap and when no one opens the back door he comes through hos own door!

I hope you enjoy tai chi
I did it years ago. It was wonderful. For such slow movements its exhausting!

Off for a good walk today and then getting the ironing done for our trip away next week.

Thinking of you all

Xx

Good morning, we have a bit of blue sky this am which is most welcome.
Found the tai chi yesterday really difficult, as my coordination and spatial awareness is very poor & my inability to tell left from right doesn't help either!!!!! lol

I have Pilates this am and shopping today
Hope you have a good day

I was the same annie!! Once you get the hang of it its brilliant. It made me very supple and toned me up brilliantly! Must try Pilates. I have only done it at home with a DVD! Hard to bend and watch! X

Good Morning, it is cold and trying hard to rain, just for a change, at this rate, I will have web feet sp0 . I am sure with time you find tai chi easier Annie, my mum loved tai chi, she did it every week for years. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to the theatre, I am going to book up for next year. Enjoy pilates Annie, glad Teddy is not getting magnetized anymore Jane. Have a good day. Love Rosalind xxx
