Public warned of sly phone scam

Tens of thousands of Neighbourhood Watch volunteers will take to the streets on Monday to warn people about what has now become the most widespread phone scam.


They will be warning people not to be taken in by fraudsters trying to persuade you to transfer money from your bank account into theirs.
