Absolutely scrumptious!!!

Ingredients

4 fresh strawberries, plus ½ strawberry to garnish

2 tsp white sugar

35ml/1½fl oz white rum

1 tbsp strawberry liqueur

Preparation method

1.Place the strawberries, sugar, rum, strawberry liqueur and lime juice into the base of a cocktail shaker and mash (muddle) with the end of a clean rolling pin.

I have two of these shells in my garden, they belonged to my grandmother so how old they are I have no idea.

Conch - the Bahamas' most famous of foods

For most food-lovers, a trip to the Bahamas can't be complete without eating conch. Preferably every day! Fresh conch is a world apart from the frozen version you might have tried back home and there are a huge variety of recipes to suit all tastes. The sooner you try conch, the sooner you will know exactly what people are raving about.

I love this song and sorry it is a bit late, as our virtual holiday ends tomorrow.

I have never been to the Bahamas or anywhere like it, have you?

I have never been to

Enjoy
