Why too much sleep could be bad for you

Postby annie » 24 Mar 2015, 09:18

Many of us try, but often fail, to get eight hours' sleep each night. This Is widely assumed to be the ideal amount - but some experts now say it's too much, and may actually be unhealthy

Good grief is an thing good for you? We will be asked to limit breathing next!

I listen to my body. If it needs more it has more! If less is required i tell it to shut and i roll over!

It's not very often I sleep without waking up a couple of times in the night and I take to long to get to sleep, I don't even nap in the daytime.

I never get eight hours, lucky if I get four hours at a time.
