Sounds good on paper, but how will they fund it? Every council this year has been told their budget is to be cut by 1/3 budget & letters have gone out to sick , disabled &vulnerable saying their care will probably be cut, I don't trust anything this govt says!!!

it is indeed good news for anyone who owns their own house and lots more things that will be available to help the family carer.
