do any knitters here know of a good dvd....

Postby Honey » 20 Jan 2015, 01:27

....that I can buy for my younger daughter .
She wants to take up knitting , I cant teach her as she doesn't live with us anymore. Its difficult explaining over the phone, and she is using u tube to try to learn.
I thought a good dvd if there is one might be helpful for her.

I don't know of any offhand .. if I get stuck at all, I resort to Youtube ..

The Lionbrand website also has some very good Tutorials .. they cover crochet and knitting -

Last year, I used to put some knitting videos from Hobby craft in our carers newspaper.
I took a quick look and cant find them on Hobby craft now, but maybe someone will.
The videos are very good.

I would suggest youtube as well, you should be able to get an illustrated book from the Library or even ask at Library if they know of a DVD
