Sam left on Sunday so a tough day. A few tears from us all. She is back at uni and happy so i am thoroughly relieved. miss her madly but glad she has resettled.

yesterday I had a long walk and then did a responder shift. Liv has been spending hours making me a birthday present. I feel a few tears will spill on Thursday!! do877

walked to town and back today so feeling pleased with myself.

Lee and his sister have started their diets. There will be a monthly weigh in. if lee loses 3 stone before his sister she will buy him a new TV! we have to have Talia for a couple of days if Tina wins.

Liv is glad to ahve her room back although she does miss sam!

Morning all,

I feel lovely and refreshed from my relaxing day yesterday. The only days I don't do much if anything is my birthday or mothers day. Any other day I always feel I have to have done lots of things to deserve a sit down. even when jobs/caring duties are dealt with I will find something to achieve with the day. I am dreading getting the date for my operation as I know then it will be weeks before i can do the things I usually do. My mum is coming to stay and help so that i won't over do things and take time to heal. i shall go stark raving mad I think!!!

Yes I know a lot of you think I have already achieved that!!!

Good Morning it is raining and very windy I stayed in all day yesterday waiting for the inr nurse coming to do Stans blood I rang up at 4.30 the office was closed.I rang up at 9.0 this morning they said they were 4 nurses on sick they said somebody will be here late morning

Good morning, it is wet and windy. I have had to cancel Bill's hospital appt yet again, says he has the runs again, I may be being uncharitable, but I think he just doesn't want to go. At least he didn't wait until I had loaded the wheelchair in the car this time.
I got weighed this am, I have last another 1/2 stone over the last 10 days, I am only 8st 4 now, I don't want to lose any more. I feel really weary & am short of breath on exertion.

Glad you are feeling better Annie,
It's been what I call a "Winnie The Pooh" day i.e. Blustery. I have emulsioned my wall in the lounge today. It needs another coat, but I will do that tomorrow. Been to see Paul this afternoon - he has a really chesty cough and was sick all over himself, his bed and the floor while I was there. On Thursday I met up with the social worker - the doctor had written on his notes that he was medically fit. I would not be surprised if he gets pneumonia he is so low. He had the cough on Thursday when Dr. made this note!!!!!!!!!!
