Vidyamala Burch is helping people in pain through the practice of "mindfulness", the act of paying more attention to the present moment. But it took her many years to discover it for herself first.

than999 My daughter Janet sister in law went for mindfulness for depression and it did help her.
she is going to university for 12 months to do a course on mindfulness so she can help other people

I will get Lee to read this. He uses a lot of meditation and might get a lot from this
