Depends if the parents limit how much they use them, I remember when I was a kid TV watching time was limited as it was said to be bad for your eye sight, having said that there was only one TV channel then sp0

I don't like the amount of tablets, pods, pads pips or whatever is new out now!!

All you see is the top of your childs head for hours on end. It seems now technology raises children while parents watch.

Mine have them but use them for down time but we do things together and talk instead of text!!

Interactive toys are lovely but don't replace a mum or dad getting on the floor and playing proper games.

maybe I am behind the times!!

Like MO said, fine if they are limited. You are right Jane, Callum is 10 & we had a great time playing family games after Christmas dinner, & will do so again at Warren's today
