I have been trying to do an Adobe flash player update, but it just will not work.
It says close Firefox, and I have tried to shut this down.
Help please

Sorry, Wendy, can't help with this one, I have been trying to download flash player for android & it downloads & then won't work

thanks for this, I did as suggested, but it still says Firefox is a problem.
I will try tomorrow after I switch off, sometimes things work then.

there is a button on that link you gave us Mo, that enables us to check if our plugins are up to date.
It says my adobe is fine.
But there is a warning about a critical problem with Java.
I will see tomorrow what happens because I still cannot see videos.

Sometimes these things are fixed with a few clicks, glad it's sorted now.
