my daughters blue badge for parking is due.
apparently now its all done on line.
you have to fill the form in on line.
they don't send out paper forms anymore.
but you still have to post them copies of documents.
took us all night to do this with this dodgy laptop crashing every few mins.
I feel sorry for people, the elderly,  and carers who are not on line.
however, they do provide a phone number to book help with an advisor over the  telephone to fill the form in if
a person is unable to fill the form in online.

I know what you mean. for those who aren't computer literate or without a computer life is going to get rather difficult with the paperless future.

They do not consider people who do not have computers and do not want one.
