Good morning, it is hot & sunny here in Altea, it has been a bit too hot at times with 34 in the shade. We are enjoying chilling -hotel is wonderful, food is excellent, swimming in  the 3 pools, met some lovely peolple. Went to a show at Benidorm Palace, - fabulous!Hope to get a massage and a coupke pf trips in & going to the local market on tuesday. HOPE YOU ARE ALL OK

had a lovely day today, I took a friend with me to the garden centre and Blickling for lunch.
Then came home and after my rest I sat in the garden and read my book.
Then I planted my spring bulbs.
It has been a glorious day, I hope you have seen some sunshine.

Morning all,

Sounds like a perfest day wendy. The weather was amazing here too.

it was Liv's first match of the season yesterday. She got injured in the first half but carried on til half time. Her fingers were staved and in a lot of pain. she even cried so I knew how bad it was when I looked at her in the goal as she never cries in public. Her coach went to check on her but she refused to come off before the half time whistle. She save 2 more goals with her chest and dived on the other so she didn't hurt her hand. She got man of the match bless her. She is still in pain today. One finger has stopped hurting the other is still really painful but the swelling has gone down at least. I will see how she is when she gets home.

walking to town with Sam in a bit to pick her boots she had reheeled. For the price I said she should have bought new ones!!!

International posts!! How incredible is that. Glad you are having a lovely time Annie.

Good morning from sunny Spain. We went to local market yesterday, ^ tomorrow we are going to a winery. Spending most of time chilling by pool,swimming is great, pool realy warm., one week gone already. later hope to go to spa for massage.

Came home for our treasurer to call round with her husband.

Good afternoon, it's feeling Autumnal  today, still I suppose we have to expect it in September.

Feeling a bit sad today, we found out a friend who Derek was in hospital with 3 years ago and he knew from his Taxi days has died, he was 60,  he had Cancer.

Yesterday we had a review about my mum she is getting funding for continuing  care,but mum is quite poorly,we are calling her Annie she doesn't respond if we call her mum,it is just palliative care now.

Stan was going to the hairdressers but I have had to cancel as he has just been sick.

I  am going for a facial soon.

Today is the last day at home for 3 months for Sam. We are off to Plymouth tomorrow morning so I won't be in until sunday.

Excited and sad at the same time. I have baked her the family traditional going away fruit cake to take with her.
