Good Morning Britain presenters Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard have taken part in the viral 'Ice Bucket Challenge' live on air.
In the challenge, participants have to pour a bucket full of ice water over their heads to help raise awareness for a disease, or make a cash donation to the cause.
