Evening all,

i hope Warrens proceedure went well.

i have been on the boat cleaning hte canal today. Did me the power of good.

Came home and mowed the lawns, collected the girls in torrentioal rain and did the shopping! Totally shattered so an early night for me I think!!

On duty responding tomorrow so will need to be bright eyed and bushy tailed!

Good Morning, sunny with a warm breeze, off to the coast for the day, mum having a couple of friends round for coffee. Mum not well at all, just going through the motions, spending a lot of time in bed and not eating much, that is my  gips as she worries me.

What a scorcher! Sam and I walked to town this morning. So glad I put sun cream on I would be like a lobster now if I hadn't!

Sorry I haven't been in much. I am tickety boo just extremely busy!! It is the girls last week of school. liv has had plays, trips and tonight is prom then tomorrow the leavers ceremony and awards. I shall have the tissues ready!

Hope your mum feels brighter soon Rosalind.

Well done on the bingo win Ann. Barbados here you come!!!

Good morning, it is a sunny start here. Yesterday would have been a scorcher but for a really cold wind, making it impossible to sit out without a cardi on, hope it has dropped today!!!

Bill wasn't up to going to Pain Clinic yesterday, so I went shopping instead, saves me doing it today. I've made a new appt, but they can't fit him in until oct

We had a  nice surprise at choir yesterday - we have  been asked to perform at the Dalmene Hotel in St Annes in November (it is erally posh!!!)

Had another lovely surprise when I got home, my daughter came round after work & she stayed for tea. She brought me a bag of iris corms, so will try & get those planted over the next few days.

Good morning all,

over cast today so think I may have sent too much sun to you Wendy!!!

Liv's prom was wonderful. i will get Sam to email a picture and put it on here for you to see my glamorous daughter! When I got there to pick her up she was playing football in her high heels!!! i give up!!  452

Leavers assembly today so was emotional. Samantha sobbed, Liv wasn't bothered as she was looking after all the criers. She will no doubt wait to get home for a tear or two! She got wonderful Sat results and the school got record results and top in the county too. So extra proud !

How lovely to be asked to sing somewhere so lovely Annie. Lee cancelled his pain appointment too. So can guess how you feel!!
Your daughter sounds lovely and very thoughtful. We are lucky Mums.

On duty in a moment so fingers crossed!

Waiting for my granddaughter coming Rebecca and two of her friends are doing the race for life on Sunday waiting for Rebecca to bring the sponsor form then I am going over to the community for tea and cake

i am melting here! It is absolutely gorgeous, blue skies, humid, sunny, streaming eyes and sneezing !! Flipping hayfever!!

Your dudley sounds like a real little character. I think he does this on purpose to you cos he knows you jump!! His revenge for not being able to go out when he hurt his eye!

Liv and friends are off to the cinema together today. All grown up looking!!! Contemplating a long walk. i feel sluggish from not enough walking.

I have set a chat date so hope you can all come

Good afternoon, what a disappointment today. It was glorious this am , so nipped into town, went for my walk, finished my ironing, had a quick lunch , all so I could sit and relax in the garden this afternoon. As soon as I got the chair out, it clouded over & it has been cool and cloudy all afternoon.grrhh!!

Good morning, it is grey windy and drizzling. A new Farmer's Market has opened today in Padiham - a couple of miles down the road - so I am going to have a look (hope it fines up). Nothing else planned, my joints are shouting today!!

Yesterday  went to see my mum  went out with the girls for lunch then went food shopping.

My daughter Rebecca  and two of her friends did the race for live today the did well they finished in 41 mins.

Just settling down after watching the girls running then having to do the tea

I hope your friends ears have stopped squeaking now she has oiled them Ann!!!  452

I have had a lovely day on the boat with a representative from Loughborough in Bloom. We have had a certificate the last 3 years for our conservation work. It is unlikely we will achieve higher than level 3 as we don't plant r grow things, the bulbs tend to sink!!  ++!

Had a nice bath after cleaning the bathroom and doing the washing. I was somewhat grubby!!

Responding tomorrow then chat day on Thursday. Can't wait.
