Training was good last night. We are to do our intermediary first person on scene certificate in August! Better start swotting now! Lots more to learn and they will send us to trauma scenes then as well as the red alerts. It will include children too which is my big worry.

it is cloudy just now.

I will be away all day today as I will be with the choir at the Longest Choir Event at Mytholmroyd Hill, Hebden Bridge,  we will be stood quite a long time, so hope I will cope with that, it will be certainly different and hopefully fun!! After the event we have a couple of hours in the village before the coach picks us up.

Done the front and back gardens cleaned the house and caught up on the washing! This virtual striking is exhausting!!!

it is sooooooo hot here. In my shorts today!

Not sure what to do with myself today. Fancied a walk but it is so hot, gardens a re done, second load of washing in.

I'm sure i will find something to get in to trouble with!! i will try very hard anyway!!

Had a lie in until 8.30, so why do I feel just as tired?
Have to keep all windows and doors shut & no sitting in garden today as they have started sandblasting the house next door but 2.
I need to go to library today and will walk down to see the swans.

it is black as black here, and a terrible storm with hail and wind.
we havent had the nice weather like it shows at Wimbledon,
still got that cool wind
I forgot to mention, yesterday, I feel sure I saw all 5 of the hawks flying high in the sky.
We are only 3 miles away, so it could have been them.
They looked to be having fun.

Good Morning, it is raining here, going to do some shopping and then visit my friend Ruth this afternoon, she has not been long out of hospital after having her other hip replaced. She has had both hips replaced since January this year, she is marvellous.  Enjoy your Pilates Annie and glad to hear your head is a bit better Debz. Hope everyone has a reasonable day. Take care.

Lovely sunny day here. Had my second counselling session and did a lot of crying. Carer due in soon for next three hours so I'm definately planning to do nothing! Hope everyone is having a good day xx

I have been to the doctors for my yearly check up and had a blood test and blood pressure checked.
The doctor has given me some tablets for my face and he says it is roscea.
I am feeling weak after being ill yesterday so I am resting today.

Good evening it was bills funeral yesterday,been to the hairdressers today,had to take Molly Karens dog a walk,Karens gone on holiday and the kids wouldn't be home till 5 o'clock from work,so that's my job for the next 10 days
