Sugar Withdrawal

Since Monday I haven't had anything with sugar in, I have been feeling down since not having sugar.and feeling headachy.
I think its must be due to the fact that I haven't had any sugar, I'm hoping the feelings will soon pass

I couldn't live without sugar, I need the energy it gives.
Everyone need sugar in some form or other to give energy and that will help boast metabolism.
