Counselling

Today I had my first counselling with a lovely lady from my local hospice. Not sure how I feel right now but it was nice to "offload" some of my fears and hopefully she will help me to cope better. I am having it at home in the morning so it's more private. Feeling very tired now but we have overnight care in tonight  xx

That is great Debz.  I am so proud of you for doing this. It is really hard to open up to someone you have no relationship with. I hope it continues to help you and it helps you.

It does put you through the ringer though!!
