I contacted Norfolk CC to ask them to update our new url and they told me I had to contact Heron.
I contacted Heron to ask them to change our details, and then I let Norfolk CC know.
They replied that everything is harvested, and we have to wait until they next harvest.

have you heard anything like it?  talk about living in the sticks.
