Could anyone help me identify this pink field please

We came across a field of pink and it looked stunning, I don't know what it is growing there, does anyone know what it is please.

It might be a great hairy willowherb.

It also looks a bit like campion.

There's one answer on twitter and one on here the same that I think is the answer, I've checked it out and feel fairly certain it is Red/Pink Campion.

I think it is red campion as well, but the question now  is, why would a farmer grow a field of it?
