At face value, it seems a good idea, however I am sure it would open up more abuse for the elderly. Like the article points out ,the carers would have to be vetted very carefully

Since when were human beings allowed to be treated like this?

It sounds like put your  granny in the kennels! What an awful idea sending people off to strangers houses where it will be too big an undertaking to monitor the care and standards.

Sometimes I think the world has gone mad.Maybe it is just me!! Lol
