I forgot I was doing this, so everything had to come from my memory.

I was interviewed by Carers World Radio, (I have been interviewed by them before, and they are lovely)
They wanted to know about our carers newspaper.
I also told them our news re the trustees and our press release.
I will let you know when it goes live.

Well I have now gone live saying that I have to take a step down, because of ill health and I have gone to the press re our trustees.
These were big steps for me to do, and I have done it twice.
