WHAT IS YOUR WORSE PRESENT RECEIVED - ANYTIME

My worse present ever received was years ago, when I first started going out with someone. He brought me an enormous present in a carrier bag. I was so excited, I took it out, it was wrapped in newspaper, I tore the newspaper off and there was ........ a bunch of bananas! he didn't last long!
I had a friend and her husband asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she said a rubber plant. He went out to buy it, she was so excited and got a pot ready for it. He was ages, she was getting worried. When he came back, he was all hot and bothered. He said he had searched all of the shops and couldn't get a plant made of rubber, so had to buy a plastic one instead ....... I still laugh about this now. x Jeanne

go90  Years ago some friends visited and brought a hamper, nicely wrapped in Christmas paper.  As the evening went on, in conversation they mentioned that they were in the middle of preparations to have kitchen replaced and they had been clearing their store cupboards, etc.  No surprise then when I found that the contents of the hamper were quite close to expiry dates.  I was tempted to have the hamper re-wrapped and given as a gift for their new kitchen.

My worst present has to be a box of chocolate covered brazil nuts from a close 'friend', not much fun as I have a nut allergy, Graham couldn't even eat them in case we grabbed a kiss under the mistletoe. 9h3

The worst present I had was a couple of years ago,my friend bought me a mans scarf,I've taken it to the charity shop this morning  9h3
