The people in paid jobs who are supposed to consider carers, and dont listen to what carers have to say or what they need.

I really dont understand why they do not care and yet they chose to work in a caring job.
To advertise an event for Carers Rights day on the actual Day, and not advertise it before,  for family carers is stupid.
Carers often have to arrange respite, but the paid workers think that to advertise on the day is satisfactory.,
I despair, I really, really do.

It seems people in those positions have little empathy with the people they are paid to help.

How ridiculous to not advertise properly it beggars belief

go90  It makes you wonder what they are thinking about - advertising too late.  I have heard of this kind of thing happening here too, eg mentioning carers events which have already happened then complaining that carers didn't even  turn up.
