My daughter changed me to these people instead of British Gas, they are about £80 per month cheaper, by direct debit. Everything is done on line. I don't really know much about them yet, but we are sent an e mail to read the meter every month, so we never get an estimated bill. x Jeanne

Mo, it is for all your utilities combined, gas , electric, phone, internet and not sure about water. Know people who have changed and are impressed. As we only have electric bills and I don't have a land-line it is of no use to me, love Berniexx

It's for Gas and Electric combined, got phone and Internet separate, I wouldn't change as I'm pleased with the services I get and what I pay per month.

It's great that your bills with BG are so reasonable Mo. We used to find them very good when we lived in the bungalow and had double glazing and just one level. It is just since we moved that our bills are so high. We don't have double glazing now, and have an upstairs and high ceilings. I hope that the council soon fit double glazing, it should be next year hopefully. x Jeanne. ps. our bill is for gas and electric and is now £120 per month. x Jeanne
