Well I am up washed and dressed!! This is the 1st day i have felt like putting clothes on (I have been in my pj's so don't think I have been naked for a week!!!)

I feel more positive too as now that I am more mobile and the pain is manageable I feel more in control.

It has been hard knowing that I would have been unable to do anything if lee needed me since i have been laid up.

Made it very stressful being so vulnerable as a family because the main carer (and taxi!) i.e me was unable to run things as normal.

So feeling far brighter and although I still have to rest and take things easy I know should I have to I am able.

Hope you are all having a managable day too.
