Here is a video that I took the other day of Horace & Tinker playfighting. They are even more boisterous now!! There's life in the old dog yet.
They spend hours doing this, it makes me hot & tired just to look at them!

Just had to share this mornings 'event' with you!

Horace & Tinker go outside after breakfast to do their business. Horace does a poo. I clear it up in a poo-bag. Turn round to see what they are up to & Tinker has cocked his leg - Horace is investigating, out hops Horace & shakes a 'golden shower' from his head. I pop indoors to get an anti-bacterial wipe to clean him. When I come out agin Horace is 'killing' the bag of poo so then there I am chasing him round the garden to get it. I had to laugh.

Here is a photo I took yesterday of them both together looking the picture of innocence.

Haven't given you an update for a little while but this evening marked another milestone for Horace. He had his first walk down the road. We didn't go far. He did really well, just got spooked a bit by a black wheelie-bin, but we got passed it!
I have been carrying him up the road to see mum for a few weeks so that has helped him get used to the 'big' world, also been lead-training him in the garden.
A neighbour leaned out of the window to admire him & asked if there was a dog underneath that fluff  sp0 She thought he was beautiful!!
Tomorrow will probably be a different story, now that he is wise as to what is happening he will probably refuse to budge!!

Horace is changing so much & developing a lovely character. He is now quite good walking on his lead!
He knows several commands.
His favourite hobby, apart from tormenting Tinker, is sitting looking out of the lounge window watching birds.
I have enrolled him for puppy training classes, at the moment there is Horace, a labrador & a setter but I am sure he feels just as big as them!! They are being held in our village & start in mid-October.
I took this photo of him this morning. What happened to my baby fluffball? Now he is 4 months old!

I can't believe that Horace is 5 months old today.
In celebration of this I thought I would share with you how I get my feet washed every morning  sp0

Awwwh bless ..... our old lurcher used to do that to my Mum's feet...he tried it with mine but I wouldn't let him as it tickled me too much....

Just think how much it would cost if you went to a beauty parlour for a pedicure... maybe you should get some business cards made up for little Horace ?  do877

Thanks for adding it to the newspaper Wendy  gre55555

I had a friend ask me today what his rates are Liz  sp0

It feels really nice, especially when he puts his tongue between my toes!! All wet & warm!!

I would rather have him tend my feet than put them in one of those fish tanks that are all the rage now  ++!

Haven't updated you on my young man lately. Now over 7 months old and even more handsome. A real little character and very independent - cuddles on his terms only unlike Tinker who has always wanted cuddles all the time.
Horace isn't liking Graham being back at work. This morning I had to shut him in the kitchen while I had a bath & he howled the place down! I was gone max of 30 minutes, when I came down he licked me so much I now need another bath!
Here are some links to latest videos. Hope they make you smile. You will see that Tinker and Horace have a lot of fun!!
