A free seminar on keeping safe on the internet will be held for parents and carers.
Rutland County Council, Leicestershire Police and the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre will host the event at Rutland County Museum in Oakham from 7pm until 8.30pm on February 12.
The seminar is specifically for parents and carers and will provide help and advice around reducing the online risks to families, such as sexual exploitation or bullying.
The seminar is for Rutland residents, or parents or carers of children attending a school in the county only. It is free to attend although places are limited. Call 01572 756655, or e-mail communitysafety@rutland.gov.uk
