Michael Penning: The earnings limit for *carer*'s allowance was last increased in April 2010, from £95 to £100 per week. There are no immediate plans to increase the earnings limit but the Government will keep the matter under review. The earnings limit is £100 per week net of allowable expenses so some *carers*, including some of those working over 16 hours per week at the national minimum...
