Heritage weekend in Norwich..

Started today by visiting a bookshop near the market where the Costume and Textile Association are showing off their collection of Norwich Shawls and Dresses, they have an exhibition at Norwich Cathedral in October (see poster/s).

Such a priviledge to see these works of art and skills so close up.

Also stopped off at Bridewell Museum to watch the stonemasons -it never occured to me when they make sundials they have to mark the block of stone where it will be placed so the hours marks tell the right time .. obvious when you think about it.

Finished up at St Stephens Church for a cuppa in their cafe .
