I had steak & ale pie, baby new potatoes , with peas corns and carrots. I am stuffed!!!

I had cottage pie and beetroot.
Liz you may like to buy a bottle of sweet chilli sauce, it is gorgeous.
for desert, I had fresh fruit with a yoghurt.

I have made the lamb stew that I put on Chill a few days back.
It will do me for today and tomorrow, and it is delicious.

I am going to make a Spanish omellette I saw being made on This morning.
They used crisps instead of potato.
I will let you know how I get on, then for afters I have home made yoghurt with fresh fruit.
