Tonight for tea

We had bacon, new potatoes and cauliflower cheese, my first proper meal since I've been ill, didn't quite manage it all , but made a good attempt.

A Marks and Spencers Cumberland Pie, with a piece of Xmas cake for afters !

I had trout stuffed with herbs and salad with cous cous.
Fresh raspberries and yoghurt.

We had Scampi and chips (home cooked)

I had home-made spicy cabbage and sausage soup. The trout sounds good Wendy

I bought it from Asda.

I had a nice piece of skate, cous cous and sweetcorn.
then fresh raspberries with gooseberry cream.

That sounds really good Wendy.
We had Lancashire hotpot, followed by strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt, with a nice glass of chilled Pinot Gris

I had a mushroom and onion ready meal, with rice pudding and apricot jam.

I had sausage and mash with carrots, cabbage, fried onions and onion gravy. I have vanilla & chocolate icecream with salted caramel sauce for afters, naughty but nice!!!!!

I had a lovely tea tonight,
I bought a reduced potato and cheese and spinich gratton from M and S today and did beans and sweet corn.
It was delicious.
Then I had a strawberry trifle.

I must say I was surprised at the prices in M and S.
I needed to buy washing up liquid and butter and cooking oil, which I would normally get from Asda, But I couldn't be bothered to do 2 shops.
I thought the things were cheaper at M and S.

I had roast chicken, roast potatoes and cauliflower with cheese and gravy, followed by white chocolate mouse.

I had chicken, roast potatoes, cabbage, peas, carrots and purple brocolli, followed by vanilla and chocolate icecream &salted caramel sauce

I had some homemade potato and leek soup, with some brown bread , and a yoghurt for afters

For dinner tonight alivia is main oven baked ratatouille with sausages followed by Apple crumble and custard. Can't wait

Yesterday we had Sea Bass.

I love sea bass Mo.
Tonight I had tuna and sweetcorn with jacket potato and salad followed by peaches and icecream

Well I bought a small place and had it put in one of those cooking bags, but when I opened it up. I did not like the smell so I had to throw it away. It smelt funny.
I had tinned pilchards instead.

How disappointing Wendy. I has sausages, new potatoes, purple broccoli mange tout and sugar snaps., followed by strawberries and yoghurt.

We ad a bacon joint with parsley sauce, mashed carrot and mashed potatoes with roast parsnip. Yummy

No cooking tonight we are having a KFC

Tonight we are having a European Song concert party. There is a slight problem as my daughter has been poorly for 2 days.
We are having Austrian food.
