I have had instructions from the Diabetic Nurse that I must look after my feet as Diabetes causes poor circulation. I am not to walk round in bare feet, wash my feet everyday, clean pair of socks everyday etc etc.
I was concerned the other day, as I took off my socks, to find that the sock on the right foot was very damp.
Naturally assumed that my feet had been sweating badly but thought it curious that they should do that if the circulation is poor and why only one foot?
I pondered about it all night in bed and when I got up next morning I carefully examined both feet but could not find anything untoward.
Then I found I had a hole in the bottom of my right shoe!!!
