Very proud of my Brother today

My Brother took part in Hethersett 30 60 90 cycle ride today, he completed the 60 mile ride, we are very proud of him, not bad for a 54 year old
Lots of people were there cheering and clapping as they returned back.

He did ache afterwards for a couple of days thats why he is doing 30 miles this time not 60.

Good for him Mo. Bet he won't dare do 31 ! I doubt I would have the puff to do 3, that's if I could balance on a bike...
