Today I encountered trolley rage

Today in Asda I was shouted at by a man who had a woman and child with him.
He kept saying that I had bumped into him with my trolley.
He would not shut up and other people told me to ignore him.
But I cant stop thinking about it.
At the time I found myself shaking, and I smiled and then ignored him, which seemed to make him more and more angry.
The more I ignored him, the more he shouted.
It was not a nice experience.

Sorry to hear this Wendy, so stressful and embarrassing for you. The best thing is to ignore people like, you would be glad to get out the store as soon as you could. There is some awful people about. h###u

There are some very rude people about and it is half term, if anything like that happen again ask to see the store manager.
