Frustrated

I just got my tablet out to practice my Sing for Water songs, to find that none of them will play & cannot fix it. I went on the Samsung site, to the help pages & of course problem not listed. I tried to ring their helpline to be told the same seven options over and over again, & when I select the correct one, it kindly repeats them all, I gave up, so I tried to email them, not so simple - you have to use a check list & guess what, my tablet and model number is not listed, even though it only came out last year & no facility to type it in!!!! grrhhh. The other option is to take it to their service shop, which is a 2hr round trip to Manchester. annoying!!

How annoying Annie, have the songs played on your tablet before and are they mp3 files

I expect you have tried restarting your tablet.

Mo, why oh why did I not think of that? it would have been the first thing I did with the laptop & didn't occur to me with tablet, thanks, it now works - duh!!! I wish I had your tech brain, I am hopeless

By the way, I found another page of tech support with an app and chat line but only available to USA, & it is free to use, it is so unfair, they get goods so much cheaper |& free support as well.

So pleased it's now sorted Annie and glad I was able to help,
whenever anything like laptops, tablets or phones don't do what they should I always RESTART.
