Today I helped someone apply for a Blue badge

Postby wendy » 09 Dec 2014, 19:39

Today I helped someone apply for a blue badge because his wife has severe dementia.
It was a little different to other blue badge applications I have done.
The man was saying she can walk 200- 300 metres around the city.
I suggested he said it a little differently, that she can walk up to 100 metres but then has to find a toilet as she is doubly incontinent. He has the difficult job of finding somewhere to park near to a toilet so he needs a blue badge for his wife.
Any more suggestions please let me know.
