New issues to deal with

Mark has had ongoing problems with sitting on commode chair for a long time and when he's tired struggles to hold his head up. Lately he is now fainting and being 'out' for a few minutes with white skin and blue lips. The only time he's out of bed now is for his shower or to sit on commode. This time last year he was in hospital with pneumonia and I keep reliving this in my head.

He has come a long way since last year but it must be such a painful memory for you Debz.

It must be awful to see him pass out like that. Its not like you can avoid it either I suppose. He must be so frustrated with it and distressing for you too.

Glad you got some sleep the other night. It's a shame these times are rare. you could probably do with a month of sleep!!!

Dear Debz, so sorry to hear Mark is now having problems holding his head up, it must be very difficult for you, my thoughts are with you both, hope you are looking after yourself.

PPMS is such a cruel illness.
