Sorry to hear this, my mum has IBS so I know how difficult it is. If she eats something unknowingly, that disagrees with her she gets diahorrea.

I got a book in whsmith and it says about needing to eat a diet rich in whole wheat which Mark can't have ! Lately he has been having boiled potatoes and vegetables with either fish or bland mince/steak.  Mark says at least he can  have more letters after his name to go with MS he's got  IBS  ! He does have a sense of humour about it at least!

I have IBS so I know how careful Mark will have to be, but on top of his illness, it is such a shame.
Any questions please send me a message and tell him to try not to worry about it.
