Several years ago, I went along with Penny Bevan Jones to meet with Norman Lamb and tell him our concerns about the way mental health services were abysmal in Norfolk.
Today in the local paper, I have read that Penny's daughter committed suicide 2 weeks ago.
My thoughts and prayers are with Penny at this sad time.
