Please light a candle for Barry

Postby wendy » 04 Mar 2015, 12:35

Barry has only got sight in the one eye and he recently had an operation in that eye, but it was not successful, so he has to go through the whole experience again.
Please will you think of him on Thursday of this week, and for the following week, when he will be unable to see at all.
Let us hope the operation works this time.

Barry phoned to say he is doing ok. He is still staying at his sisters but this morning they all went to Sheringham.
He sends his love to everyone and will be home on Thursday.
I am not sure if he will be well enough to come on the internet.

Scruff is with them, and he loves it as Barrys sisters, as she has a garden and makes a big fuss of him.

Barry is not unwell, but not recovering as well as expected from his eye operation.

I have spoken with Barry today, he went to the hospital earlier this afternoon.
They are pleased with how things are coming along, but things are still hazy for Barry, so he is getting fed up.
The hospital told him to expect the haze to clear in about a week.
