Ann's mum is not very well at all in the nursing home.

Ann I know what that feels like, I had to do exactly the same for my mum, it was emotionally draining.

Me too, when me and Bruv were sorting Dad's things out, so many things with many memories attached. I kept a jumper for the winter to snuggle up in, and a fleecy waistcoat. My Bruv kept a few bits - mainly all Dad's shoes, as he n Dad were the same size (8), the way he put it, he could walk in Dad's footsteps, which I thought was a lovely way of remembering ...
