Blackberry coulis

This is easy & can be made as required
Place berries in pan, heat on low until soft and cooked through, add sugar to taste & stir until dissolved. Reduce until it is the consistency you want, longer you simmer, thicker it becomes, I leave no longer that 10 min. Serve hot or cold with icecream, pancakes or yoghurt . Delicious

Can be used for most berries
