For thousands of years, humans have taken a masochistic pleasure from adding chilli to their food. Now research indicates that the spice that has undoubtedly made our lives more interesting may also make them longer.

My brother loves chilli, he is eating dark chocolate fudge with chilli in it. I have tried it and it nearly blew my head off do877 . Even my brother is finding it rather hot.

I love chilli pepper as long as it is just lip tingling & not too hot
