Had an unexpected visitor today

A lovely little 6ish month old tabby kitten walked into my kitchen this morning through the open back door.
It had followed one of my cats inside.
Immediately it made itself at home , my old cat whom it had followed just watched amused as it had a good look around then settled on the sofa beside him.
first thoughts....
no , no, no , not another stray do877
Then I remembered that 3 doors up they had homed a tabby kitten a couple of months ago.
I called on them and thankfully it belongs to them.
They have only recently introduced it outside .
So glad its not another stray which I couldn't ignore .

Oh dear, the cats must be passing the word round. Are you sure you haven't posted anything on the kitty equivalent of Facebook by accident ?

Yesterday there was a lovely ginger cat on my conservatory, I spoke to it, and it looked friendly but as soon as I moved, it ran like the clappers.

So if they know they are wrong there, I would have made it most welcome.
