Norwich Cathedral Peregrines 2015

Postby chenrezig » 14 Mar 2015, 15:23

Just had a "flying" visit to the Cathedral to check out the nest box and was lucky enough to catch one of them perched on it. Bitterly cold, so I didn't stay very long ...

I will post more here later on ...

and the link to the live webcam is here - http://upp.hawkandowl.org/norwich-pereg ... -cam-2015/

..and now it has finally finished loading .. a video .. wouldn't you know it as soon as I stopped filming the blighter swooped down from the box

Thank you Liz.
I have a question
The eggs laid previously have been white. Is there any reason this one is brown?

Does anyone know the history of how the birds got there, and how on earth did they get them to use the platform.
I know they are used to high peaks, but I was wondering about this today.
It is amazing how the birds chose this small platform.
