Final Flourish Breakfast !

I will post the last recipe later.. but the cafe is now closed, but I had the most fantastic breakfast at the cafe last Saturday.. called the "Final Flourish" - this was the menu.. oops, I should say this was on the plate !!!

'Shrimptons' premium sausage, prime smoked bacon, black pudding (or extra bacon)
With
Free range eggs done two ways
Baked stuffed mushroom with Gran Padano
Roasted vine tomatoes
Baked beans (why not?)
Sauté potatoes
Special bubble and squeak fritter with nutmeg
Home made English muffin
Home made mushroom ketchup

Veggie version with marinaded haloumi and home-made sausage.
